eldritch

I'd never heard this word, even at my advanced age, and with a daughter well-versed in fantasy beings.
Here's the example:
"He possessed the ability to summon eldritch creatures through a portal to another dimension located in his body."

and the definition:
"Eldritch things are spooky and weird — they make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up."

Is it "meatloafs" or "meatloaves"?

According to dictionary.com, it's "meatloaves", or "meat loaves".

Example from The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)

May Parker: Why didn't you tell me you didn't like my meat loaf? You could have said that to me 37 years ago.

Ben Parker: Um...

May Parker: How many meat loaves have I made for you?https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0948470/quotes?item=qt1880061

likely "fragrant"

From Lowe's app.
Considering it's spelled wrong, surprising how many matches it has.
